Health Checks

Your local health visiting team will contact you to offer an appointment for your child when they are aged 6-12 months and 2 years old. 

During this appointment will include weight management, healthy eating, accident prevention and an opportunity to discuss any other issues with a health professional.

Friday 2pm - 3pm  (by appointment only)

Baby Massage

Learn how to give your baby calming baby massage as part of your daily routine.  For babies aged 6 weeks to 6 months old.   Contact your local health visiting team for further details. (This is by invitation only).
